Need work? This county is posting regional job openings

WOODBURY — Gloucester County job seekers no longer need to wait for the next job fair to see who is hiring.

The county will now post job openings from regional employers online and update that list every two weeks, officials announced.

In the past, Gloucester County has listed employers attending regular county job fairs, along with information about available positions.

This new listing is an effort to keep employers hiring local residents in between these job fairs, officials said.

These careers have the most openings in N.J.

“We are seeing a lot of growth in every area, and we work with our businesses by helping them promote their openings,” Freeholder Director Bob Damminger said in a statement. “One of the major reasons that so many employers call Gloucester County home is their ability to hire great employees.”

The job listings can be found at

Just click on the “current job openings” link.
